Important information: All refunds for changes or cancellations are subject to a $25 admin fee. Refunds are only available up to one week prior to class start, after this time there are NO refunds for people that withdraw from classes. Red Barn credit for classes may be considered and dealt with on an individual basis.. For the safety of all, we require parvo/distemper and rabies (at the appropriate age) vaccines for all dogs entering the Red Barn Event Centre. Bordetella vaccination is recommended but not required. Please consult your veterinarian for the appropriate vaccination protocol for your puppy or dog. We ask that you provide that information within 48 hours, to complete your registration. We also require a copy of your vaccination records prior to first class to permit entry into the building. Enrollment is not confirmed until class is paid in full, and proof of vaccinations is provided. "Bitches in season" are always welcome to class. Please ensure they are wearing appropriate pants.
Inclement Weather: Class cancellation decisions with respect to weather will be made by 1:00pm (heat) or 3:00pm (snow) whenever possible. The Red Barn voice mail message will be updated (705)812-3467 and a Facebook message will be posted (be sure to FOLLOW the Red Barn Event Centre!). Effective November 1, 2018, classes cancelled due to inclement weather will have one additional week added to the end of the session. In the case where subsequent cancellations are required in the same session, an alternate make up date will be provided within that week to make up the lesson or a credit will be offered for the missed class on a case by case basis.
